Alexandre Pereira
Communications Coordinator
In the last 20 years, Alexandre had dedicated his work mainly in non-profit organisations. With a professional transdisciplinary path, with formal and non-formal education in areas as diverse as Interior Design and Architecture, Fine Arts – Painting, Branding, Communication and Design. Member of several informal civic groups on sustainable and regenerative lifestyles, civil rights, and DEI.
Amanda Rubio
Communications Officer
MA in Communication for Social Change and MSc in Medical Anthropology, Amanda supports NGOs and social enterprises in the environmental- and health sector with strategic, participatory and dynamic storytelling.
Ana Assunção
Compliance Officer
Graduated in Law, Ana holds a Master’s in Business Legal Advice. She worked as a lawyer for ten years, with a special focus on legal advice to companies and third sector entities. Ana joined Stone Soup in 2019.
Ana Dias Pereira
Head of Finance and IT
Graduated in Economics Ana is a business partner with +10 years of experience in education, retail, public service, and industry businesses. She has been an international consultant and advisor for HR and finance subjects.
Laura Berodia
Project Assistant
Laura holds a BA in International Relations and a double MSc in Public Policy and Human Development, specialising in Migration Studies. With experience working at NGOs in Latin America and the European Commission, she has a strong interest in migration, forced displacement, and partnership development.
Monica Brito
Operations Assistant
With a background in Communication, Monica co-founded the Portuguese team of CaféBabel, the first online participatory magazine in Europe. She has worked with Transparency International Portugal and currently focuses on sustainability and animal welfare.
María José Ahumada
Project Assistant
BA in International Relations and MA in Global Studies with a focus on International Development. Maria Jose, a multilingual professional, has been working on social development initiatives for the past 10 years, covering both Latin America and Europe. She has dedicated her career to enhancing the living conditions of communities in vulnerable situations.
Sofia Marques
Administrative and
Financial Coordinator
Sofia has a degree in Education and Community Intervention. She has experience as a social technician with community and environmental activities and adult education. Committed to work; colleagues and clients are her strong suit.
Vera Oliveira
Administrative Assistant
Vera holds a degree in Business Communication and has 6 years of experience in administration, financial management, and international events. She is passionate about social causes and organisations.
