Honesty Report

 

Can a consultancy company create an impact cascade? We theorized that it could. 14 years into that process and covering two very difficult years, we present Stone Soup Consulting’s newest Honesty Report 2021-2022, in which we explain if we did.

Our role during these two years was to help organisations develop and increase their positive impact in their communities. Our teams seemed to rise to the occasion, as we see in our report, with 85% of organizations attributing increased impact because of our work with them and 70% even saying that we created a positive impact on their beneficiaries. It is an impact cascade that brings us happiness, showing that we are indeed increasing positive impact.

However, an Honesty Report is not a list of praises. There are still many things that need improvement: we need to strengthen the bonds within our community, improve our knowledge management, or simplify our processes, among others.

There is still a long road ahead of us, but we remain determined to find the best solutions for our clients. We invite you to follow that journey by reading our Honesty Report 2021–22.
