The Honesty Report is our bi-annual report that shares results, challenges and learnings in a transparent way.

Why an Honesty Report?

At Stone Soup Consulting, we believe that being honest about our impact is the only way to make it meaningful.

Every two years, our Honesty Report offers a transparent view of both the results and the costs of our work. We share what’s worked, what hasn’t, and the externalities that too often go unseen: environmental footprints, unintended social effects, and more. 

The 2023-2024 Honesty Report

During these two years, we kept on helping organisations develop and increase their positive impact.

From the surveys completed by the 103 organisations supported, we can stand out the 4.7/5 level of satisfaction from their teams. Also,  we can proudly share that 89% found that working with Stone Soup helped improve their staff motivation and efficiency in some way – up from 77% in the previous period. 

However, these are just some of the good news. The report highlights also the cases when our impact was not that impressive, and gives us a compass to refocus our effort for the next two years.
